"My son and I called eight different carriers to get a auto quote, but we did not get the same level of customer service as Mehgan. Megan's customer service abilities really impressed me as a parent of a young adult who just turned 18. Since this was new to him, he did not comprehend the language, but Meghan walked him through each step of his options. Meghan covered topics like state minimums, the distinction between comprehensive, collision, and liability insurance, as well as the deductible amounts, good student and safe driving app discounts. Mehgan's skill set was self-evident: she was patient, kind, and understanding; she did not make any assumptions or have any biases; she was knowledgeable and actively listened; and she worked with me, as his parent, to make sure the best choice was made for him. Mehgan also talked about how saving money would be possible with buddling policies. This is a true example of outstanding customer service, and I strongly recommend that anyone contact Mehgan as she exemplifies honesty.
